As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and continue to develop my practice through the study of Ayurvedic philosophy and integrate the latest research from leading health and wellness experts.
First you should know, this is NOT a diet! This is a journey in learning to love, heal and
care for yourself, and therefore make the decisions that will benefit you for the long term. You are unique and what might be right for someone else may not be right for you. So, I’m here to help guide you back to yourself; to your intuitive self; that part of you that knows what you need to live to your fullest potential.

So, how does it work?
- I offer a 6 month program that is very individualized and specific to your needs and goals. Currently, I have a couple of openings available for new clients.
- We will meet in person or by phone (skype, face time) every other week, or once a week depending on your preference.
- We will identify your intention and goals, then create a plan for you to successfully achieve and sustain them.
- I will provide handouts, books, recipes, and numerous other resources as well as email and text support.
