This New Moon workshop will offer the opportunity to drop into a healing space through inquiry, embodied movement (yoga), breath work, and meditation to release that which is ready to be shed within you in order to make space for your rebirth with the renewal of Spring.

Many have experienced loss and challenges this past year while the demands of life have remained the same, or even increased, making it hard to have the time and space to slow down, digest, and integrate. 

Yet, when we create space for reflection and integration we give ourselves the opportunity to receive the infinitely valuable gifts of our lessons.

In this 90min workshop you will:

• Be guided in a process of inquiry and reflection followed by embodied movement for integration. 

• Experience breath work and meditation that will provide a powerful opening to release and make space to receive the gifts of rebirth with the renewal of Spring.

Open to all levels. Wear comfortable cloths that you can move in. Have a yoga mat and blocks and a blanket if you have them, and a journal.
