ABOUT THIS CLASS:

Each Tuesday you will be expertly guided through a breathwork and meditation practice; have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community; and enjoy a fun surprise at the end which will leave you feeling energized and uplifted!

It's been a really hard year. You are managing a lot. And you may not have access to the usual coping mechanisms that support you, which inevitably leads to burnout and exhaustion.

This experience has been created to help you:

  • decrease stress and anxiety,

  • cultivate skills that will self regulate your nervous system,

  • and support your overall wellbeing in fun and accessible way.

  • Increases parasympathetic activity (natural state of calm)

Open for all levels and abilities. No yoga mat or yoga clothes are necessary. Come exactly as you are.
