Pranayama & Meditation for Presence & Illumination

Pranayama precedes meditation as it helps us to “dissolve the veils that cover our inner light” and allows us to access the subtle levels of consciousness and healing.

In this 2.5 hour workshop led by Carolyn Little, you will explore this intimate relationship with the breath through multiple pranayama practices that will increase vitality, calm and focus the mind, and cleanse physical, emotional and mental disturbances so you are able to sit in absorption as the witness of pure awareness (meditation).

Meditation offers us the ability to concentrate and penetrate beneath the surface thoughts into greater states of awareness and bliss.

You will be able to integrate these pranayama practices from the Kundalini lineage into your daily sadhana which will support you in cultivating or deepening a meditation practice. This workshop is for dedicated practitioners and teachers.
