ABOUT CAROLYN LITTLE, MA

Carolyn Little, MA, is a transformational guide, healing artist, death doula, and co-founder of the Witnessing App. With more than 20 years of experience bridging ancestral wisdom, somatic healing, social justice, and leadership, she supports people and communities in navigating life’s thresholds with depth and embodied care.

Carolyn accompanies people through life’s thresholds, creating spaces where grief, ritual, and renewal awaken joy and aliveness. In her one-on-one work, she walks beside individuals through the tender passages of loss, change, and becoming, spaces where the body remembers how to hold both the ache of loss and the wonder of renewal, allowing tenderness and joy to coexist.

She has guided thousands of people across the world through retreats, trainings, and trauma-informed leadership. She has worked with communities internationally, including women’s health initiatives in Venezuela, as well as within Fortune 500 companies, where she brings trauma-informed, equity-centered leadership and emotional intelligence into systems of change. She is also the co-founder of the Witnessing App, a sacred tech platform transforming grief into meaning, ritual, and belonging.

Her academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations with a focus on liberation psychology. She is a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a 1000-hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a Reiki Master.

Rooted in lineages as a Moon Dancer, Obsidian Pipe Carrier, and Priestess of the Feminine Arts, Carolyn brings both credibility and depth, bridging the sacred and the practical. Her work reminds us that healing is not linear but relational and cyclical, and that in honoring grief we also reclaim joy, awe, pleasure, and wonder as birthrights, and remember what it means to be fully human.
