These FREE online classes will give you the tools to decrease stress, balance and restore your energy, stay centered, be more present, and create a sense of inner peace so you can enjoy the holidays and have a beautiful end to 2019.
For a lot of people the holidays can be a stressful time which can cause old destructive patterns to kick in (e.g. emotional or over eating/drinking, being triggered by family trauma/drama, or sucked into the financial pressure of excessive consumerism) resulting in feelings of overwhelm, loneliness, shame, and lack of self worth, to name a few.
The tools in these 2 classes will help you to respond from a place that is clear, kind, and authentic, all while honoring your own needs and boundaries.
What you will learn:
Techniques to decrease anxiety, stress, and overwhelm.
Breath practices, yoga postures, and meditations to reset the nervous system, calm the mind and become more present.
Simple ways to support yourself in setting boundaries.
Tricks to curb cravings and emotional eating so you don’t put on excess holiday weight.
What is included:
2 live video calls in which you can participate in the practices in real time from the comfort of your home.
If you can’t make it during the time of the call, the recordings will be available to you to use on your own time.
